Gluten Free Pot Roast Stew

1-2 lbs of stew beef

Pre-sliced mushrooms

Celery chopped

Onions chopped

Chopped garlic

Carrots chopped

Potatoes chopped

Organic Gluten Free Gravy powder packet

1-2 T Butter

Olive oil or Avocado oil

1-2 cup red wine

  1. Brown cut-up bacon and cut-up link breakfast sausage in skillet

  2. Brown stew meat in butter and wine to sear in juices

  3. Add pre-sliced mushrooms, chopped onions, chopped celery, chopped garlic, and splash of oil

  4. Put potatoes and carrots in bottom of slow cooker

  5. Add stew meat and veggies on top

  6. Add the gluten free gravy powder and wine

Cook on high for 1 hour, stir, turn down & simmer. Stir every hour. Add more veggies as needed.
